Our services are all inclusive and include a bath with specialized shampoo and conditioner, teeth brushing, ear cleaning, nail clip and file, 15 minutes of brushing and haircut!

A grooming appointment can take anywhere from 2 to 4 hours depending on the dog and service.

Yes we do all our nail trims by appointment! Scheduling an appointment for every service ensures that you and your pup receive our full attention and the best possible experience!

We will clip and file your pup’s nails to make sure we are getting them as short as possible at every visit without causing discomfort, and recommend nail trims every 4 weeks! However to get the quicks shorter we can always schedule nail trims more often! In order for the quicks to recede nail appointments every 7-10 days for a few months is ideal.

Yes! We offer different shampoos and services for all coat and skin types! Short smooth coats benefit from brushing as well as bathing!

We request a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule/cancel for any reason. Being 15 minutes late or more could result in being rescheduled to a different date, or paying a late fee or being required to make a deposit for future appointments (at our discretion).

Our shop policy is no dogs older than 13 years old.

Our salon only does dogs under 100 lbs.

We do not offer a flea service, if your dog comes in with fleas we will call you and have you pick them up.

This is often a case by case situation, we do prefer to see your pup without medication if able and then assess from there if it's needed for future appointments!

New clients are required to make a one time, non-refundable deposit at the time of making the appointment. This deposit will go toward payment upon your first visit but is forfeited if you don't show up for the appointment, cancel with less than 24 hours notice or cancel at any time without rescheduling. If there are more than 24 hours notice you are able to move the appointment one time and have the deposit apply to the new appointment.
